COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Iai Corporation SCON-C-750I-NP-2-2-KI parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lambda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nais parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lambda such as the 4B1FA2A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PMH10MDC24V manufactured by Nais and we are pleased to be able to service most Nais systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H7ET by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 5054532 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as AJ71PT32S3 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C200HASC02 made by Omron as well as the popular A1SY41P original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E5CSR1KJUW by Omron and AJ71PT32S3 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E5ZN2QNH03TCFLK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
